East Sussex Naturists
1. Aims
Naturism is a legitimate form of self-expression. You need to know that it's legal, moral and will enhance your physical and mental well-being.
2. Naturist Activities
Our activities are many and varied throughout the year so there is something for everyone to enjoy.
3. About Us
Under the club's former name of Eastbourne Naturist Swim Club our regular weekly swim has been going for about 35 years.
4. Discovery Blog
Our chairman and other members give their creative instincts free reign to discuss ideas about the world, but mostly about the naked life.
5. Join Us
Membership is open to naturists without discrimination. You are welcome as a first timer, couple or single, large or small, shy or effervescent. All you need is to be tolerant, friendly and respectful of others and of course to love being naked.
8 News
We have organised exercise classes, regular Sunday swims, beach days, had our first ever outdoor rally and are continuing to organise our charity Naked Heart Walk and a trip to a National Trust property.
10 Naked Qi Gong
Naturist activities are growing since lockdown. People value the connection that being naked provides. Combined with the element of exercise, we look after both our physical and mental wellbeing and choose to practise outside in nature whenever we can. Every body can do Qi Gong. Our collective mixed sex class encourages all of us to step away from our busy lives and give this time to ourselves. We take the opportunity to socialise afterwards and leisurely share tea, cake and conversation.
11 Naked Heart Walk
Our most ambitious event to date has raised over £26,000 for the British Heart Foundation
